AGREEMENT

THIS AGREEMENT is made on the 7th December 202_

 

BETWEEN The first party (company name) (hereinafter called “The Employer”) of the one part

-and –

(the employees name) (hereinafter called “the employee”) of the other part.

  1. Consideration Waiver and Release

In consideration of the employee, resigning his employment with the employer. The employer herein agrees not to pursue the employee           for damages (Type of Damage and property/goods). The employer further herein accepts that the resignation was offered                                     without duress.     The employer will provide the employee his wages up to the 31st December 2022 less the recovery of damages to               school property in full and final settlement of all matters in common, tort, civil, contract, employment, health and safety, personal injury,        weather know or unknown at the time of signing this agreement.

  1. Legal and Professional Advice

The Employee is entitled to seek legal advice before signing this agreement, has had time to consider this offer, and thereof has agreed             to sign it.

  1. No Disclosures

The Employee and the Employer agree that the terms of this Agreement are confidential as between the parties and that they shall not              divulge indirectly, any information whatsoever regarding the facts of this agreement.

  1. Cooperation.

The Employee agrees that he will make himself available to the employer, its agents, and or solicitors in so required to give evidence in             any litigation that the employer may be the subject off. Any reasonable expenses the employee endures will be covered by the company             or  its agents.

  1. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the Laws of Ireland the Courts of Ireland shall have exclusive                      jurisdiction to deal with all disputes arising from and touching upon this Agreement. The employee acknowledges that she/he does                    not wish to seek independent or legal advice on the terms, meaning or effects of this agreement and was not subject to duress before                signing.

 

IN WITNESS whereof the parties have executed this Agreement in the manner here and after appearing the day and year first herein written.
